Your help in recruiting talented employees has helped our business grow and achieve the success we’ve had. Employee referrals have also contributed directly to creating a culture and work environment that we should all be proud of.
To continue this success, we’re implementing a product called ERIN to help make employee referrals easier for everyone. ERIN will alert you each time we add a new job, allow you to make referrals, and track the progress of the people you refer. Most importantly ERIN will track the referral bonuses that you earn when we make a hire!

Referral Policy
The full referral policy, including bonus amounts and payment periods, can be found on the Dashboard tab in ERIN.
What Happens When I Make a Referral?
When you make a referral, your contact will receive an email or text notification that they have been referred. Once the referral is accepted, you can apply for the position.
