ERIN allows Employees to create Referral Leads. These are Candidates that they think would be a great fit for the organization but they cannot decide what role would work best! These leads are stored in ERIN under Referral Leads (Referrals) and these leads can be reviewed.
If enabled in Settings*, you can be notified via email when a Referral Lead has been created with the name of the Employee and Referral.
From Referral Leads, Recruiters can view Candidate information and Submit them to the Job that works best for them and invite them to apply via the referral process leaving the referring Employee eligible for that referral.
*As an Admin, go to Settings > Notifications > When Referral Leads is Created, Send Email to and add the Email Addresses for the recipients of Referral Leads notifications.
