All employees may not be subjected to identical referral policies. You may want to group your employees based on Geography, Role, Seniority or any other characteristic of your employees.

ERIN allows you to set employees into Employee Groups where you can manage different bonus amounts and bonus payment waiting periods for each employee group. Groups can be created and managed at anytime, and employees can always be moved from one group to another.
