Employees may be eligible for new roles within their current company and can self-refer from the Browse Jobs tab. Within each job card, users will see a button labeled I’m Interested.

Clicking and confirming this will send a notification to the hiring manager that the employee wants to be considered for the role. The hiring manager can give enter the employee into the hiring process as they normally would for internal hires.
