Making a Referral
When you’re ready to make a referral, log into ERIN and navigate to the Browse Jobs page. From there choose the open position and click the Refer Someone button. You can refer an existing contact by typing in their name to the search box, or refer a new contact by entering their name and email address for an email referral or their phone number for a text referral.
You’re able to include a message to your referral giving them context about the job. And you can also leave a note for the hiring manager giving detail about the candidate, along with their resume if you have it available.
You can view open jobs at your organization by clicking the “Browse Jobs” tab.
Click any job title to view more details about the job.
Click “Refer Someone” to make a referral for the position.
Enter First Name, Last Name, and email address of your referral.
Optional: You can also enter a message to your contact, or include a message to the hiring manager/recruiter. These messages will be included in the email that is sent to them.
What Happens When I Make A Referral
Once a referral is made, your contact will be sent an email to accept the referral and apply. You can track your referrals at any time on the “My Referrals” page.
