ERIN 2.0 Makes Employee Referrals Easier and Saves More Time

Our team has been working tirelessly to add great features that benefit all of our customers. ERIN now offers more functionality than any other employee referral tool on the market and is still the easiest product to use. We are thankful for the amazing feedback from our rockstar clients and the innovation from our development team. The ERIN 2.0 update not only adds great features, but hundreds of hours have also been spent updating the ERIN API to provide tighter integrations with other HR systems, allowing for a fully automated experience for ERIN administrators.

Bonus Control and Reporting

All New Bonuses Page

The new bonuses page allows you to see individual bonuses by the payee, rather than by referral. This is very useful when you have multiple bonuses or candidate bonuses. This page also allows you to report on bonuses by earned date and automatically tells you when bonuses are eligible for payment. All of this information can be viewed in ERIN, manually exported, or automatically exported using our payroll integration.

You can also edit bonus details and add bonus notes to individual bonus payments.

Dynamic Bonuses

Do you pay different bonuses for the same job? For example, if Managers are exempt from earning referral bonuses? Do you have employees in different countries? Using Employee Group and our Dynamic Bonus feature, employees can now all use the same portal to see exactly what they will earn when browsing your jobs and ERIN will report on the amount they are eligible for.

Local Currency

ERIN now automatically converts bonuses to the employee’s native currency, allowing them to know exactly how much they will earn!

Mobile Updates

Mobile Co-Branding

We now display the same logo from your emails and web experience on the mobile side menu.

Admin Features

We’re added all of our admin functions to mobile, allowing admins to Manage Jobs, Manage Referrals, assign General Referrals, Manage Employees, and view/manage our new Bonuses page.

UI Update

Not only is everything cleaner, but it’s also much faster!

Updated Dashboard

We’ve updated the dashboard to be slicker and show more relevant information for employees.

Referrals

Manually Add Referrals

Sometimes employees walk into your office and hand you a paper resume. We don’t like it, but it happens! You can now log referrals on the employee’s behalf, making sure all of your data is in one place.

Easier Navigation

You can now easily navigate from the Referrals table to a detailed view of the bonus table, pre-filtered to the bonuses associated with that referral. Just click the bonus amount in the referrals table and give it a try!

Total and Total Earned

We are now showing employees and admins Totals (total bonuses they can earn from hired referrals) and Total Earned (total bonuses that have met the waiting period based on the referral policy).

Web UI / UX

User Interface

Just as we did in mobile, we’ve updated the enter web experience to be cleaner and faster!

Filter Jobs By Location

All jobs in ERIN now track longitude and latitude positions, allowing us to show employees nearby jobs that they are more likely to make referrals for.

Better Menus

We’ve cleaned up the admin menu to make room for some new features and to better organize admin functions.
